For all new stallholder applications please read our â€˜Regulations and information’, and ‘Terms and Conditions’ documents before filling out the following application form.

PLEASE NOTE: By submitting this document electronically or attending the market you automatically agree to our ‘terms and conditions’ and ‘regulations and information’ documents referred to above.

Once we receive your application form you will be notified by email normally within 48hrs. If you don’t hear back from us please email us on admin@duralvillagemarkets.au as this is best form of communication for us during business hours.

An invoice will be sent to successful applicants, payment of which will ensure your position. Places are limited therefore priority will be given to people who pay on time.

PLEASE NOTE: All legal documents covering stallholder participation outlined in the application, and other documents otherwise not outlined, including current Certificate of Currency must be supplied otherwise additional charges including compulsory insurance may be charged.

Dural Markets are from 9-2pm Pricing is $110 + GST per market Loyalty Rewards: Receive $30 off your 3rd consecutive market! Invoices must be paid by due date.
Glenorie Markets are from 9-1pm Pricing is $90 + GST per market Loyalty Rewards: Receive $20 off your 3rd consecutive market. Invoices must be paid by due date. Spaces are limited and payments are non refundable for cancellations.
Youth Rate: A reduced fee by $25 per market. Refer to Entrepreneur Program Policy. Standard Market policies apply.

Power is very limited at the markets and is assessed based on availability. We can not assure power so please work on the bringing your own power, small power needs are manageable.
All stallholders are required to hold current Public Liability Insurance with a minimum coverage of $20,000,000.00. You must carry a copy of your insurance certificate with you at every market you attend. Please ensure that you email updated certificates to admin@villagemarkets.au as soon as your policy renews or expires. This is essential for compliance and safety across all market sites. For those seeking new or renewed coverage, we recommend checking providers such as NRMA, AAMI or My Market Insurance for competitive quotes and flexible options. Council Food Registration: If you're operating a food business (including market stalls, mobile vendors, or catering), you must register with the local council where you trade. This ensures compliance with NSW food safety laws. Please ensure your setup meets council inspection standards.

Food Safety Certificate To operate legally and safely in NSW, food vendors must have: 1. Food Handler Certificate Required for anyone handling food. Basic training in hygiene and safety. 2. Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) Certificate Required for businesses handling unpackaged or high-risk food. Must be issued by an NSW-approved provider. Valid for 5 years. Vendors must keep certificates on hand during events and ensure at least one certified person is available. If you are not sure if you require this, please contact your local council where the event is held to advise.
